WAP Selected to Deliver the Workability Programme
We are pleased to announce that Waterford Area Partnership has been approved for the delivery of the Workability Programme in Waterford.
The funding was announced at the weekend by Minister for Social Protection Heather Humphreys TD, adding 5 more programmes to the 51 already in existence around the country. The programme aims to improve employment prospects and provide educational opportunities for disabled people. The programme is co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) under Employment, Inclusion, Skills and Training Programme (EIST) 2021-2027 and the Department of Social Protection and is administered by Pobal. Further information on the delivery of the progamme by WAP in Waterford will be announced over the coming weeks.
